Where are Celf Care Co's products made?

All of our products are handcrafted in California and made to order.

Where do you ship?

We ship to all states in the US, including PO boxes.

What if my order is incorrect? 

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, we’re so sorry about that! Please contact us at help@celfcare.com and we’ll be sure to get you the Celf Care Co. products you ordered! 

What’s your return policy?

Since our products are handcrafted and made to order; we do not accept returns of opened items. You can cancel order within 24 hours. 

IF FOR WHATEVER REASON YOU ARE NOT 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT help@celfcareco.com. RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE AS LONG AS MERCHANDISE IS IN ORIGINAL, UNOPENED PACKAGING. WE WILL SEND YOU A PRE-PAID RETURN LABEL WITH A $15 SHIPPING AND RESTOCKING FEE.

What is your shipping timeline during COVID-19?

Our team is working hard to get orders shipped as quickly as possible. You can expect a shipping confirmation email from us within 3-4 business days. Remember, your local mail delivery service may be strained and experiencing some delays. Contact our team at help@celfcareco.com if you have specific questions about your order.

My tracking number isn’t working, what should I do?

It can take up to 24 hours or 1 full business day for your tracking information to update. If it still hasn’t updated, let us know at help@celfcareco.com

Patch Testing

At Celf Care Co. we’re committed to using the best in unique and natural ingredients as part of a healthy skincare regimen. Even with the most natural products, there’s always the risk of allergies. People can be allergic to all kinds of materials and ingredients. When you’re using a new skincare product, it’s important to patch-test it first to make sure you’re not allergic. 

How to patch test? Patch testing is simple. Simply choose an accessible and clear patch of skin to test whatever the product is. It should be somewhere that you can comfortably leave alone for up to 24 hours. If there is a reaction, you will want to be sure that it’s the new product you applied and not something else. So make sure to clean the area before you begin and monitor accordingly. If you experience any allergic reactions please discontinue use immediately.
